With more than 19 years of experience, Hilton Cohen has been responsible for oversight of real estate investments for family offices, private equity firms, and institutional owners overseeing in excess of 3 million square feet of commercial space, 5,000 apartment units, and multiple development projects. Hilton's education and experience spans a broad spectrum of asset management functions from property management, project management, budgeting and financial controls, institutional level reporting, risk management, tenant relations, leasing, deal underwriting, transaction oversight, and development.  The combination of these functions affords Hilton a deep understanding of the mechanics that impact real estate investment from grassroots to process levels. An embrace of detail, critical thinking, and commitment to excellence define Hilton’s reputation as a trusted asset manager.  

Hilton holds Masters in Real Estate and Construction Management and Bachelor in Business Administration (Finance) degrees from the University of Denver. He is proficient in leading technology systems such as Yardi, Rent Manager, and Argus. Hilton also holds real estate broker licenses in California and Colorado.
